Scherer Inc. has been producing replacement kernel processor rolls since 1999. Since that time we have made 1,000’s of sets of replacement rollers for JD®, Krone®, Claas® and NH® machines along with several custom designs and sizes.

All of the kernel processor rolls are heat treated, hard chrome plated and dynamically dual-plane balanced within 5 grams. This will ensure smooth operation at high speeds. We have integrated a replaceable shaft design into each of our roll designs to keep repair costs to a minimum if a shaft breaks or gets damaged. Scherer Inc. was the first in the industry to utilize two different tooth count rolls in the same processor. This will give you significantly better processing of the kernel and cob without increasing differential on the drive pulleys.
